Provisional bookings: We’re happy to hold rooms for you but these won’t be confirmed nor will fixture arrangements begin until a deposit has been received. If your tour involves air travel then please be aware that airlines have strict policies for holding seats and we may have to re-quote if deposits aren’t received on time.
Deposit: Our standard deposit for UK tours is £10.00 per person, per night (i.e. £30.00 per person for a 3 night booking). European and worldwide tour deposits vary - we’ll advise you of the amount required before you book. Deposits can be paid by card over the telephone, by cheque or by bank transfer.
