PERMISSION TO TOUR FORMS

Rugby teams planning to tour or play fixtures overseas usually need permission to do so from their constituent body in order for the player on player injury insurance policy that the respective body has in place for you to be valid. Most will also insist that all tour members have suitable travel insurance (we can provide comprehensive cover if required). Download the forms relevant to you using the links below.
